We are a specialty bakery located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. We create gourmet baked goods and candies. Locally, we supply freshly baked biscotti and other fresh items to many coffee houses and cafes such as Caffe! Caffe! in Metairie and Fair Grinds Coffee House in New Orleans. We made the decision to open this bakery shortly after Hurricane Katrina. We were commited to staying in Louisiana and building our dream here. With much support from our family and friends, we opened in January 2008. Simply, "We believe in loving what you do, and we love creating amazing gourmet foods." Everything is made in small batches with many whole, fresh ingredients and a lot of care. Please order in advance.
